Here we go again for a third session of 'You are the Chef!'. This time the cooking workshop will be led by Wafa Makhlouf who will teach us how to make some Algerian delicacies. On the menu we have a traditional Algerian couscous with meat and a vegetarian version. Please note that access to the establishment is reserved for staff card holders, so please arrive on time or you won't be able to get in.
